
The recommended daily water intake is 30 to 35ml per KG (body weight). But bare in mind the purpose of the water in your body…so don’t down 2Lts in one go, and if you’re consuming salty foods and drinking caffeine drinks, you might want to increase this dosage. Caffeine confuses the kidneys into thinking there’s too much water. This leads to a quick water-only exit. I’m summarizing here, but the point is, you’re not drinking 2 ltr of water because someone told you to, you’re drinking it for the functioning of your organs.
The Bladder and the Kidney meridians are linked to the elemental energy of water. When fear is blinding us, these are the meridians that will speak out via symptoms. Just the same, these organs can cause congestion if we allow fear to overcome us.
Bare in mind, no emotion is isolated. Fear and anxiety seem to be friends. I don’t find this strange, because of cause and effect. Anxiety is linked to the elemental energy Earth, and represents the stomach as well as the spleen & pancreas meridians. If our water tank is contaminated/toxic, it will poison the earth, nothing will grow.
